Title: CIROH’s Community Water Modeling Capabilities
Presentation Type: Poster Presentation
Abstract: To support our growing hydrologic science community’s Next Generation Water Modeling Framework research-to-operations efforts, CIROH Science Team has developed a suite of community modeling tools to streamline model formulation prototyping and development. These tools cover the hydrologic modeling workflow, from geospatial data processing (the Community Hydrofabric and the NextGen in a Box (NGIAB) Data Preprocessor) to the model engine (ngen, contained within NGIAB) to evaluation, visualization, and calibration (Tools for Exploratory Evaluation in Hydrologic Research, Tethys Visualizer, and ngiab-cal). In addition, we also support automated modeling workflows through the NextGen Research Datastream. This interactive poster contains information on all of these tools, including video demos and links to documentation.
